Two: the Tree Deck, for up to 150 guests, and the River Deck, for up to 30 guests. Noble Ridge is a permitted event facility in Skamania County, Washington. Every event stays inside the spaces and guest counts the county approved.

Of course! A site visit is really the best way to decide if Noble Ridge Tree Deck is the venue for you. We are located a scenic 1-hour drive from PDX, about 20 miles beyond Washougal, Washington, in timberland east of Silver Star Mountain. The Bells, Bows & Vows team gives every tour, on Saturdays and Sundays from mid April through October, by appointment only. Tours are for adults 18 and over, and everyone on the tour signs a tour release online before the visit.

Tree Deck weddings run in July and August, and River Deck weddings run May through September.

August seems to be the most promising month for outdoor weddings in our PNW environment…though even August can offer surprises.

At 2500′ elevation in the Cascade Mountains we get snow as early as November and as late as April. Frequently 8-10 feet of snow accumulates at the Tree Deck by January & February. October weather is uncertain, except for rain, as are May & June.

We are booking for 2027! The Tree Deck has five dates open: July 10, 17 and 24, and August 21 and 28. River Deck blocks are open May through September.

Noble Ridge hosts only a handful of Tree Deck weddings each season, and we keep it that way on purpose. When those dates are gone, the Tree Deck season is full.

The Tree Deck includes getting-ready spaces for both sides of the wedding party. They’re two separate spaces, so the two of you can get ready apart and see each other first when you choose. Both are yours from 9 am on your wedding day, and you’ll see them on your tour. With the River Deck, the two of you get ready in the log cabin at the water’s edge, within your four-hour block. Every space is day use only.

With the Tree Deck: the deck, the lawn, the covered log patio and the gravel circle, getting-ready spaces for both sides of the wedding party, 150 folding chairs, 25 round tables and 8 rectangle tables, lighting, three cedar restrooms, three quiet generators and fuel, a catering space near the deck, drinking water for your guests, and the shuttle from guest parking.

With the River Deck: the deck and the lawn, the log cabin for getting ready, a picnic table and a hammock, one restroom, a small quiet generator and fuel, and drinking water for your guests.

You bring your caterer and your bar service. Venue coordination with Bells, Bows & Vows is required on every booking. Anything beyond these lists comes from your rental company.

A Tree Deck wedding has the whole day. We open for setup at 9 am and events must end at 10 pm, when the music goes off. Rentals may deliver the day before and pick up the day after, arranged with your coordinator. River Deck weddings book a four-hour block, 11 am to 3 pm or 4 pm to 8 pm.

Start with the inquiry form. After your tour, the Bells, Bows & Vows team sends your license agreement, and your date is held once it’s signed. Other contract stipulations may apply.

No, but we can recommend transportation companies to assist you. We have a complimentary shuttle from our parking area, half a mile away, to the Tree Deck.

The water from the spigots is well water, for the restrooms only. Noble Ridge supplies drinking water for your guests as part of your booking, and your caterer brings their own water for cooking and prep.

Yes, through your own licensed bar service. Noble Ridge doesn’t sell or serve alcohol. Your licensed caterer can pour under their own liquor license, or you can get a Washington State banquet permit for your private party. It’s a quick online application with the state liquor board, and your coordinator keeps a copy on file before your day.

Summer in the forest? Probably not. Sparklers and pyrotechnics of any kind aren’t allowed at Noble Ridge weddings. A fire pit depends on the county burn ban that week, and up here the ban has run from mid-summer into September. Candles go in glass holders, away from the aisle. Your coordinator tells you the Monday of your wedding week exactly what’s allowed.

Rain happens in the Cascades, even in season. The covered log patio gives your guests a dry place to gather, and your Bells, Bows & Vows coordinator builds a rain plan with you well before your day. Any tent goes through your coordinator first, since the county permit decides what can go up. Learn more when you visit.

Yes. Noble Ridge is forest land with no staff on site, so every wedding requires a coordinator on site from Bells, Bows & Vows, the venue’s coordination partner. Your coordinator runs the property on your day: the gate, your vendors, the generators and the calls on weather and fire conditions. If you already have a planner, your planner runs your wedding and the coordinator runs the property alongside them.

Yes. You carry general liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence for your wedding day, including liquor liability if alcohol is served, and your coordinator needs a copy before your date. The exact requirement is in your license agreement.

Wedding couple’s pets may be permitted. Let’s talk about your reticulated giraffe! Guest pets are not allowed.
